Drug Offences

From festival possession to large-scale supply, importation or manufacture, drug charges need a careful plan and discretion. We test stop, search and detention under the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 (NSW), examine any admissions, check the continuity of exhibits, and question expert methods for weight and purity.

If the evidence is weak or overreaches, we aim to negotiate a fair outcome. For personal-use allegations we build a rehabilitation story the Court can trust. For serious supply we scrutinise surveillancewarrants, and any tendency or coincidence evidence.

How we defend you
– Search and seizure tested. If Police did not meet the legal standard for reasonable suspicion or overstepped the Law Enforcement (Powers and Responsibilities) Act 2002 (NSW), we ask the Court to exclude the evidence.

– Evidence under the microscope. We track the exhibit from seizure to lab, test how the lab reached its figure for weight and purity, and challenge unreliable admissions.

– Resolution pathways. Where it helps you, we negotiate charge selection and facts, and prepare material (treatment, supervision, references) to support the most lenient result open to the Court.

– Serious supply and investigations. We analyse surveillance logs, device downloads, bank records and chat histories, and we push back against broad guesses based on language or associations.

– In-Court work. We prepare you and your witnesses for cross-examination of witnesses and structure submissions so the Court can make clear findings on each element.
